  • at dinner : 1 piece of chicken and a bowl of salad

  • at breakfast : 1 citric fruit and 2 boiled eggs
  • at lunch : chicken and salad
  • at dinner : 1 orange , 2 boiled eggs and salad

Wednesday:

  • at breakfast : 1 citric fruit and 2 boiled eggs
  • at lunch : 1 tomato, 1 slice of wheat bread and 2 slice of low fat cheese
  • at dinner : salad with chicken

Thursday:

  • at lunch : fruit
  • at dinner : salad with chicken

Friday:

  • at breakfast : 1 citric fruit and 2 boiled eggs

  • at dinner : a large salad with barbecued fish

Saturday:
