  • 1 handful of spinach (approx. 200 grams)
  • 1 plain yogurt, low fat
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • flax seeds
  • parsley
  • ice cubes
  • a blender


Start by adding one handful of spinach and 1/2 or 1 cup of yogurt in a blender. Add a chopped apple (be sure to remove the seeds) and half of a cucumber cut into small pieces. Add some parsley and 1 table spoon of flax seeds. Blend for about 1 minute. Add a couple of ice cubes. Blend again.  Pour into a glass and consume this delicious smoothie to lose weight in a healthy way. Can be stored in a refrigerator up to 24 hours, but its recommended to consume as soon as possible because it loses nutrients.
