  • 2 tablespoons of tobacco
  • 1 liter of water

Boil 2 tablespoons of tobacco in one liter of water for 5 minutes at medium heat.

The resulting “soup” is applied to the feet with a small foam sponge and is expected to dry out on its own.

This method has no contraindications and can be used any number of times.

We recommend using it 1-2 times a day for at least 3 days.
